What Eclipse is

Eclipse is a Discord management bot and dashboard built for communities that want practical tools without turning normal server administration into a maze of commands. The project brings moderation, ticketing, welcomes, applications, invite tracking, sticky messages, automatic responses, community features and server configuration into one system.

The dashboard is intended to be the main place where staff configure long-term behaviour. Slash commands remain useful for actions that happen inside Discord, while the website focuses on settings that are easier to understand visually.

Why it exists

Many Discord servers eventually collect several bots that overlap, require different permission models and store configuration in different places. Eclipse is designed around reducing that fragmentation. Related features share the same server context and the same dashboard conventions so staff do not need to relearn every module.

Design principles

Eclipse prioritises clear permissions, predictable automation, readable configuration and mobile usability. Features should explain what they are going to do before they do it, and destructive or security-sensitive settings should be obvious to server managers.

Development

The service is actively developed. Features may change as Discord's APIs evolve and as server owners provide feedback. Changes are intended to preserve server data where practical, but administrators should still review important moderation, ticket and permission settings after major updates.

Responsible use

Eclipse is not intended for spam, harassment, evasion or deceptive automation. Servers using Eclipse must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines as well as Eclipse's own Terms. Server owners remain responsible for how they configure moderation, messages, roles and automated actions.
